At FarmBella, we are committed to delivering authentic, premium-quality farm products to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards. Please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order has not been shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting our support team.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacements
As our products are food-grade consumables, we do not accept returns for:

Taste preferences

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Opened or partially consumed products

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
However, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

You receive a damaged product.

You received the wrong product.

The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.

The product is leaking, broken, or defective at the time of delivery.
3. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs or videos showing the issue must be shared.
-
The product should remain unused and in its original packaging until verification is completed.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
5. Replacement Process
Where applicable, FarmBella may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after approval.

No additional shipping charges will be applied for approved replacements.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received:

Please contact us within 48 hours.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Delayed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

Minor variations in colour, texture, aroma, or grain formation that naturally occur in traditionally prepared farm products.

Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery.
