Shipping Framework
At FarmBella, we understand that you are eager to receive your pure A2 Ghee. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect, "danedar" condition. Our shipping policy is designed to be transparent and efficient.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). During peak festival seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we strive to get your liquid gold out of our farm as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification via SMS and Email once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (India):

Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days.

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days.

Remote Areas (North East, J&K): 7-10 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above a specific value (please check the banner on our homepage for current offers).
Packaging Purity
Since our ghee is stored in glass jars to preserve its medicinal properties and taste, we use multi-layer protective packaging. This includes eco-friendly cushioning and sturdy outer boxes to prevent breakage during transit.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the courier partner’s portal.
International Shipping
Currently, FarmBella primarily ships within India. If you are an international customer interested in our Bilona Ghee, please contact us at info.farmbella@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote and to check for export feasibility to your country.
Issues During Transit
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 24 hours. While FarmBella is not responsible for courier delays, we will do our best to help you locate your package. If you receive a product where the outer packaging is significantly damaged, please record a video while unboxing to help us process insurance claims with the carrier.
